Utica Campus Learning Resources/Library

The William H. Holtzclaw Library, named in honor of the founder of the Utica Campus, is located on the corner of School and Union drives near the center of the campus. The Black Heritage Collection, housed on the first floor of the Holtzclaw Library is an outstanding special collection. Examples include the archive collection of the Utica Normal and Industrial Institute and archives of the founder of the Utica Campus. Adjacent to the Holtzclaw Library is the Hinds Agricultural High School, with an old collection rich in African-American history that augments the resources that are shared with the college community.
